Local Hearts mission is to offer the local communities non-medical home care that provides local seniors the assistance they need to “age in place” in the comfort of their own home. Our goal is to offer quality care and services that set community standards, exceed our clients’ expectations and are provided in a caring, convenient, cost-effective, and accessible manner.

Gina Bezner, RN is the Administrator of Local Hearts. Gina received her Associates Degree of Science in Nursing December 2008 from NCTC. Gina was a long time employee of NTMC Hospital where she began her nursing career in ICU and ER. From there Gina transferred to the Hospital’s home health department and started taking care of patients in their homes. Gina then became the home health’s administrator for 5 years.
Gina and her husband Shelby reside in Gainesville, and they have three children that attend Lindsay ISD.

Randi Hennigan BSN, RN is Local Hearts Alternate Administrator. Randi received her associate degree of science in Nursing in 2014 from NCTC. In May of 2016, Randi obtained her bachelors of science in Nursing from Texas Tech. Randi also serves locally at NTMC working in the emergency department.
Randi and her husband, Shane, reside in Muenster. They have three children, one of which attends Muenster ISD.

Gina and Randi have a combined experience of 12yrs in home healthcare. They saw a growing need for personal assistance in their community and are determined to provide the best caregivers in the most cost-effective way to clients in the Cooke, Denton, and Grayson counties.
